Sentiment Analysis (AI mentions)

Classifying whether an AI's mention of your brand is positive, neutral, or negative.

Presence is not always good. An AI can cite your brand while recommending against it. Sentiment analysis over AI-generated answers catches negative drift early — a spike of 'some users report sizing issues' in ChatGPT responses is a policy, content, or product problem.

Sentiment is noisy per-query and stable in aggregate. Watch the weekly rolling average, not the daily delta.
